Taro is a pet care and tracking application that allows users to monitor their pets' health, activities, and well-being.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The App is designed to help you track and monitor your pet's health and activities. However, it is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
